Platform Responsibility:

• Smart Savings platform opens your collection account (sub-account) at the Arab Bank in order to deposit the funds you wish to invest in your wallet on the platform, and you can transfer from your wallet account on the platform to your bank account platform associated with your account.

• Smart Savings Platform does not incur any claims arising from any errors or negligence resulting from a third party.

• Payments made to you will be deposited on the platform at times when the terms and conditions of each investment/real estate investment fund are determined, and you have the right to transfer the current amount or invest in it in any other fund. Also, the Platform is not responsible for the terms and conditions of each Investment Fund/Real Estate Investment Fund.

• Smart Savings Platform is an intermediary as it connects investment funds and users, and the platform is not responsible for any transactions that take place between them.

• The regulations and rules of the Capital Market Authority and its rules and financial technology instructions impose restrictions and conditions on accounts and operations.

• Before conducting securities business with the user, the platform must ensure that all its obligations under the Anti-Money Laundering Law and the rules and regulations for combating money laundering and terrorist financing are in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• The Platform does not provide advice, manage user accounts, or obtain guarantees for user accounts.

• User acknowledges that the Platform is not responsible for any incorrectly processed operation or illegal or fraudulent access to the account and User data.

• In the event that the user makes any illegal use or attempts to hack another user's account, the platform affords no responsibility.

• The Platform is not liable in any way for any loss that may directly, morally, or materially affect the User as a result of disclosure of username, password, or any financial losses.

The platform may also provide the user with online payment gateways via the Internet through the platform's e-wallet, which can be paid easily to receive the services of the platform through the payment methods approved in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia represented by the electronic wallet or by credit cards, and the platform gives users a sub-account with the Arab Bank.

Conflicts of Interest:

Smart Savings Platform ensures that the interests of users and managers of the platform are not inconsistent and that it ensures that the interests of users are taken care of at all times and that no conflicts between them are affected in accordance with the regulation issued by the Authority and the companies’ law. The purpose of the conflict of interest is to prevent the personal, family, or professional interest of any person using the platform from affecting the performance of their duties.
